Privacy Policy
This policy explains the practical data principles behind FaithSchool. It is written for parents who need a clear record of how the app handles family homeschool information.
Information we collect
FaithSchool may collect account information, family profile details, student names or grade levels entered by a parent, lesson records, attendance, hours, devotional progress, app diagnostics and product analytics.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the app, sync family records, protect accounts, improve product quality and support customers. Product analytics only runs after the applicable cookie or analytics preference is enabled.
Email and push preferences
Transactional account, security and billing emails are required to operate the service. Marketing emails, product update emails, learning reminder push notifications and marketing push notifications are controlled separately in Settings > Privacy & notifications.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep sign-in, security and preferences working. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and stay off until you choose them. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Children's information
FaithSchool is intended to be managed by parents or guardians. Parents are responsible for deciding what child information they enter and may remove family records from the app.
Vendors
FaithSchool uses trusted service providers for authentication, database, hosting, analytics, email and app diagnostics. These vendors process data only to support the app experience.
No sale of personal data
FaithSchool does not sell personal information. We do not use family school records for third-party advertising profiles.
Account and data deletion
If you want to delete your FaithSchool account and associated family data, visit /delete-account or email pierrondi@gmail.com with the subject FaithSchool Account Deletion. Include the email address used for your account. We will confirm the request and explain any records that must be retained for legal, security or billing reasons.
